1. Introduction
Zubstore Technologies ("Zubstore", "we", "us", or "our") is a premium software engineering firm specializing in constructing custom software systems, scalable web applications, mobile architectures, business automations, and AI integrations. These Terms govern your access to our public resources, estimation tools, and the commercial agreements under which we develop digital solutions.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By browsing our website, generating technical blueprints in our Proposal Builder, or submitting project consultations, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of our platform immediately.
3. Scope of Services
Zubstore provides both public digital planning experiences and private commercial software execution. Public services include our interactive scoping wizard, educational resources, sitemaps, and Command Center. Private services include software architecture, custom source code development, systems deployment, API integrations, and maintenance contracts.
4. Consultation Services
We offer prospective clients initial software architecture and digital scope evaluations via our Contact Page. All consultations, schedules, and engineering assessments provided during this phase are informational and do not bind Zubstore to code delivery or final project deployment until a separate statement of work (SOW) is officially signed.
5. Proposal Builder Usage
Our website provides an interactive Proposal Builder allowing founders and product teams to scope database schemas, compile milestones, select tech stacks, and review project health scores.
When utilizing the Proposal Builder, you agree that:
- Blueprints and documents generated are held in your browser's cache space for convenience and remain local unless shared.
- Information input must represent genuine business requirements. Scraping, flooding, or automating input streams on our scoping builders is strictly prohibited.
- Zubstore preserves rights to evaluate draft readiness metrics and make software suggestions. Suggestions generated by our engines are indicators and do not represent final technical guarantees.
6. Project Planning Services
Redirect structures and scoping questionnaires (including deprecated estimator configurations) are designed to consolidate user objectives. By transferring estimator details into active proposal drafts, you authorize us to process these attributes to evaluate timelines, complexity, and operational pricing models.
7. Software Development Services
Active engineering projects are governed by custom commercial agreements (SOWs / Master Service Agreements) executed between Zubstore and the client. Development stages follow our verified lifecycle (Discovery, Architecture, Design, Development, Testing, Launch, and Support). The technical specifications, source repositories, deliverables checklist, and hosting details will be specified in each SOW.
8. Client Responsibilities
To deliver clean systems that scale, project execution requires active client cooperation. You agree to provide timely reviews, approvals, content assets, API tokens (where required), and clear technical feedback. Zubstore is not liable for project delays arising from a failure to provide necessary reviews or assets.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
Our relationship regarding source code, database architectures, and interface designs is defined as follows:
- Zubstore Platform IP: All proprietary design tokens, sitemap compilers, Command Center structures, and layout components on
zubstore.comremain the sole property of Zubstore Technologies. - Client Project IP: Unless otherwise specified in a custom commercial agreement, all custom source code, assets, database schemas, and digital platforms built specifically for a client will be fully assigned and transferred to the client **upon receipt of full payment** for the corresponding milestones.
10. Confidentiality & NDAs
We take confidentiality seriously. We treat all scoping details, proprietary databases, business logics, and credentials shared during project consultations as strictly confidential. If requested, we will execute a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before reviewing detailed strategic parameters.
11. General Payment Terms
Commercial project fees are structured around milestones (e.g. Prototype Approved, Backend Complete, Launch Certified) or operational sprint cycles. Payments are due within the terms specified in your SOW. Zubstore reserves the right to halt repository updates or active server operations if payments are delayed beyond the agreed grace period.
12. Project Timelines & Milestones
Project schedules, expected delivery windows, and launch targets are estimates based on initial scoping. While we strive to meet all milestones precisely, final timelines may shift due to scope revisions, API adjustments, or testing iterations. We maintain transparent communication regarding schedule variations.
13. Revisions & Collaboration
During client review periods, clients may submit feedback comments and request revisions through our collaborative dashboard tools. Scope changes that deviate significantly from the agreed SOW specs will be priced separately as addenda or change requests.
14. Third-Party Integrations
Our applications frequently integrate with third-party software, cloud infrastructure hosts (Vercel, AWS), email gateways, and payment processors. Zubstore is not responsible for operational changes, uptime failures, or pricing shifts in these third-party platforms.
15. Warranty Disclaimer
Our public website and free planning tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Commercial development projects hold specific QA warranties as defined in their respective service agreements.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Zubstore Technologies be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of your use of our public website or planning systems.
17. Agreement Termination
You may stop using our website and local proposal planning workspaces at any time. Zubstore preserves rights to terminate public access to active share URLs, proposal links, or dashboard previews if these Terms are violated.
18. Governing Law
These Terms and any project engagements initiated through our platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
