1. Information We Collect
We collect personal information that you provide to us directly, alongside automated metadata captured during your browsing session. This information is utilized solely to facilitate project consultation, software scoping, and strategic engineering partnerships.
Specifically, we categorize collected information as:
- Identifiable Contact Data: Names, email addresses, corporate entities, phone numbers, and communication histories.
- Project Scoping Specifications: Technical constraints, features lists, milestone goals, platform choices (such as iOS, Android, web), and budget ranges.
- Technical Infrastructure Data: Obfuscated client IP hashes, device User-Agent details, screen viewports, and page referrers.
2. Contact Form Submissions
When submitting an inquiry via our contact forms, you voluntarily transmit details required to schedule architectural evaluations and digital consultations. All consultations are provided subject to our Terms of Service.
Submission details are securely routed to our internal CRM database. During processing:
- We utilize local cryptographic functions to generate a transient IP hash, protecting raw visitor addresses from leakage.
- Inquiries are screened through server-side validators and bot honeypots to filter spam without tracking user credentials.
- We capture user-agent and referrer strings to optimize form responsiveness and layout consistency across devices.
3. Scoping & Proposal Builder Data
Our interactive tools—including the Proposal Builder and deprecated Project Planning Wizard redirects—allow you to draft software blueprints, choose tech stacks, select deliverables, and establish milestones.
To deliver a seamless planning experience:
- Local Draft Storage: Draft session payloads are stored locally in your browser's Cache Storage (via
localStorage). This ensures you do not lose progress if you refresh or close the tab. This data remains completely local until you submit the configuration or request collaboration. Usage of the Proposal Builder is subject to our website policies. - Lead Synced Specifications: When submitting or sharing a blueprint, specific technical details (platform choices, milestones, budget levels) are synchronized with our CRM service to formulate realistic pricing, schedules, and team allocations.
- Client Sharing Workspace: Proposals marked for sharing render in a secure, read-only mode, and details are kept locked unless verified.
5. Data Security Practices
Security is built directly into our codebases and hosting infrastructure. We secure your data through multiple defensive layers:
- Transport Encryption: All requests to our website, API paths, and CRM endpoints are secured using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / HTTPS).
- Server Hardening: Submissions are parsed under strict Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) filters, preventing code injection attacks and payload execution.
- Privacy-by-Design Audits: Admin panels and leads archives are fully blocked from web spiders via dynamic robots directives and
X-Robots-Tag: noindexheaders.
6. Data Retention Policies
We retain your contact inquiries, proposal specs, and CRM lead records only for as long as necessary to complete your consultation, fulfill service contracts, or comply with legal audit requirements.
If a software consultation does not transition into a commercial development agreement, you may request the archiving or deletion of your scoping data.
7. Third-Party Services
Zubstore Technologies does not sell, rent, or trade client information to advertising groups. We share data only with essential vendors who operate under strict privacy clauses:
- Hosting Providers: Static page assets, builds, and routing pipelines are served via certified server providers (such as Vercel).
- Anti-Spam Verification: Submit pipelines execute basic security hooks (such as Google reCAPTCHA v3) to detect machine-driven spam floods.
8. International Visitor Terms
We operate in compliance with regional privacy frameworks, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar state privacy standards. Please be aware that your scoping specifications and personal data will be processed on secure systems located in regions where our technical administrators reside.
9. Children's Privacy
Our software engineering services, planning wizards, and documentation pages are directed exclusively to business founders, technical teams, and operations specialists. We do not knowingly collect or store information from children under the age of 16. If we discover such information, it is deleted immediately.

- The Right to Access: Request a summary of information stored within our internal databases.
- The Right to Rectification: Request corrections to incorrect phone numbers, emails, or company titles.
